Troyes Saturday 15th May 2016

Today we explored the old narrow and cobbled streets of Troys. As we started out towards Troys it was drizzling and the skies were grey all day, but at least it stopped raining soon after we arrived. An unusual place to park the van happened to be in a spiral, underground carpark in the heart of Troyes.

Walking through the old medievel part of the town, past colourful half-timbered houses, sitting in an old market square where many victims met their death by guillotine and having the spiritual pleasure of our visit to the gothic cathedral, St Pierre and St Paul, occupied our day in Troyes.
