Our Baltic's Cruise begins.
We had booked a National Coach to take us from London Victoria Coach Station to Southampton, departing 11am. All went according to plan, checking out from the hotel, getting a cab to the coach station and boarding the coach. It always helps to be early which we were on all occasions. A taxi from Southamption Coach Station to the ship and then we were ushered through embarkation so smoothly, I was very surprised how our day went.
Once on board we grabbed a bite to eat, attended the muster station, then joined Cruise Critic members on the back deck for a meet and greet. By now we were start to flag, so giving our apologies we had a top up in Horizons and turned in for the night. Of course by now our suitcases had arrived to our cabin so unpacking needed to be completed before lights out.
London has the transportation system worked out well, especially when you become familiar with the Victoria Train Station and the Victoria Bus Station.
